Ground Floor
The lounge is very spacious and lavishly furnished, with TV, DVD, Stereo and Freeview and extensive views over the river and harbour.

The lounge leads directly into the garden

The garden is of a good size and private with two patios and garden furniture (for breakfasts and warm summer evenings) - weather permitting!

The dining room has a large pine table with seating for up to 8 people.

The kitchen is well appointed including double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ironing facilities and BT Payphone.

There is also a downstairs toilet and wash basin with washer/dryer.

First Floor

It has to be noted that the stairs to the first floor are rather steep, but this has never created a problem.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample wardrobes/drawer space and dressing table with good views over garden and river.

The second bedroom has a king sized bed and wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms which are well equipped, one with electric shower.

Second Floor

The third bedroom is spacious with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and river and harbour views.

The fourth bedroom has a king sized bed and chest of drawers.

.There is an upstairs lounge with a small sofa, hanging space and a CD player.
